Returns

Sophie Williamson Design will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of a product with the following details:

• All goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment.
• Sale items are excluded from returns.
• Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable. 

Sophie Williamson Design may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.

Your return request must be received within 14 business days from the date you received your shipment.
